Dogwood Production Services was founded by T. Conor Hale, a Raleigh-based Live Production Technical Director with over a decade of experience in audio, video, lighting, and AV systems integration.

Before launching Dogwood, Conor spent nearly five years as Central Technical Director at The Summit Church — one of the largest churches in the country — overseeing AV systems across 13 campuses, leading installations and upgrades, managing vendors and contractors, and developing production volunteers. He has also worked as a freelance Audio/Video contractor since 2015, executing live events and installs across the region.

Conor holds certifications in Dante (Level 3), QSYS (Level 2), Netgear enterprise and broadcast video, and is an Asana AI and Workflow Specialist — bringing both technical depth and operational efficiency to every project.
